Momchil Krumov | MK Protocol

I help people restore metabolic health, fix insulin resistance, and lose weight by addressing the real root causes – not by dieting harder.
I’m an FTTP-certified nutritionist and the creator of the MK Protocol – a clear, structured system designed to be simple, logical, and sustainable for real life.
On this channel, I explain:
– why insulin, not calories, drives fat gain
– how gut health and inflammation disrupt metabolism
– why most diets fail long-term
– how to rebuild metabolic health step by step
– when supplements help – and when they don’t
I share the principles openly and honestly.
The MK Protocol is the full system for those who want a clear path forward.
