Michael Gilichinski (Gilich Jewelry & Judaica)

Hello! 
My name is Michael Gilichinsky. I am 34 and live in Ramat Gan, Israel.

Growing up I never expected to become a jewelry designer but chose this path out of love and passion for creating beautiful and delicate jewelry pieces I discovered in college. I went to the Bezalel Art Academy in Jerusalem and once I saw the works of the Jewelry Design students I realized that this is what I want to do in life, not computer programming or engineering or whatever else my parents expected me to do. 

Anyway, already during my studies i realized, that what i really want to design - is Judaica pieces, either jewelry or big ceremonial objects. This direction allows me to combine the whole deepness of Jewish culture with real wearable or usable objects, creating a very meaningful environment for my customers. 
In my works I combine new technologies with hand fabricating, which allows me to pay close attention to details and bring every jewelry piece to perfection.
