Miss Ellen Music

I have loved singing and playing Psalms, Hymns and Spiritual Songs for as long as I can remember.
My childhood friends and I would make up harmonies for the hymns in church, sing down the halls at nursing homes, sing Sunday school songs with guitar around the campfire, and write songs and musicals together. When I turned 12, I decided to teach myself to play piano, after witnessing my three closest friends excelling in piano lessons. All of this led to being called to serve the Lutheran (LCMS) church, leading the church’s song, in music for the last 25 + years. YouTube is a great place to store simple, raw, acoustic, recordings complete with mistakes, me singing through bad colds, dog paws and lawnmowers backing me up…. I pray these songs will be a blessing and resource for you as you sing along or share with a friend. SDG-Soli Deo Gloria-To God be the Glory! God’s blessings on your day!
