सभी धर्म (मानसिक अवस्थाएँ) सबसे पहले मन में उत्पन्न होते हैं, मन ही प्राथमिक है, वे सभी मन से बने हैं। यदि कोई व्यक्ति स्वच्छ मन से बोलता या कार्य करता है, तो सुख हमेशा उसके पीछे छाया की तरह रहता है। इसी प्रकार, जब कोई व्यक्ति दूषित मन से बोलता या कार्य करता है, तो उसे दुःख और पीड़ा का अनुभव होता है, जैसे गाड़ी के पहिए बैल के पैरों का अनुसरण करते हैं।🌷💐
All dharmas (mental states) first arise in the mind, the mind is the primary, they are all made up of the mind. If a person speaks or acts with a clean mind, happiness follows him like an ever-leaving shadow. And similarly, when a person speaks or acts with a tainted mind, he experiences pain and misery just as the wheels of a cart follow the feet of the bull.
