mi no kuriya

Welcome to mi no kuriya! Based in Shibuya, Tokyo, we host boutique culinary masterclasses for food lovers from around the world. Guided by our commitment to organic ingredients and sustainable, "circular" cooking, our sessions bridge traditional Japanese washoku with modern home cuisine.

Beyond our Tokyo masterclasses, this channel brings you into our home kitchen to share the healthy, seasonal meals we prepare and enjoy every day.
