You know what to do. You just keep stopping.

You start on Monday. You go hard for two weeks. Then you miss a day, then a week, and you're back at zero. Every time it gets harder to believe you can do it.

I've been there. In 2021 I was almost 200 pounds and didn't work out at all. It took me a year of steady work to get back to 170.

I've coached real people for more than 15 years. This channel is for men over 30 who are tired of looking at their gut and tired of starting over.

Here you get simple workouts for a regular gym, plain talk about food, and the truth about fitness myths. No hype.

Not sure what keeps stopping you? The quiz has 7 questions and it's free: https://mindpwrfit.com/gut-check/

Results are different for each person. This channel is not medical advice.
