Mindful Therapy with Keri

Dr. Keri Johnson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), who completed her PhD in Counseling and Counselor Education. Keri offers wholehearted trauma-informed mindfulness-based counseling through individual, group, and couples counseling through her private practice – Mindful Therapy with Keri, LLC. 

Keri has undergone numerous professional trainings including: Somatic Experiencing®, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, EMDR, and MAPS MDMA-Assisted Therapy. Additionally, Keri is a Certified Daring Way™  Facilitator (CDWF), and as such, she created – Rising Strong™ Through the Chakras – that weaves together Dr. Brené Brown’s Rising Strong™ process with ancient Chakra Yoga theory. She currently offers this curriculum through workshops, groups, retreats, and online programs.

She is an Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT & YACEP) and has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2005 when she became a certified Jivamukti Yoga® teacher.
