Dr. Lauren Miller (@MillieMathProf)

Lauren is an Associate Professor at Saint Louis University, and an adjunct professor for the Prison Education Program through Washington University. S She has experience teaching developmental algebra through calculus, statistics, and math for education majors.

She received her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI in 2015. In 2017 she received her Master's in Mathematics from Saint Louis University. She completed her Ed. D in collaborative high impact instruction from Fontbonne University in 2021. She is working on a Ph.D. Education Policy and Equity.

Her research focuses on math remediation and supporting nontraditional students. 

 In her free time she works on her YouTube channel, and TikTok @milliemathprof.

Her deepest passion is sharing her love of mathematics with others. 

She gave a TedX Talk in May of 2025 on the importance of statistics in high schools.
