Mike Barsamian | Parent Coach for Teenagers

Mike Barsamian is a parent coach for parents of teenagers. He works with parents whose teenager has gone quiet, angry or distant, and with parents co-parenting alongside an ex running a different playbook.

The PACE Setter Method is Mike Barsamian's four-part framework for parents of teenagers: Present-moment awareness, Appreciate their development, Connect strategically, and Empower independence. Unlike behavior-management approaches, it starts with the parent, not the teen.

Mike has worked with teenagers and families since 2003, holds an M.A. in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, is a licensed and commissioned pastor and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, and hosts the Present Solution Podcast. He is the founder of Present Solution for Parents.

New videos for parents of teenagers every week.

Coaching is not therapy or medical care.
