Capitol P Production

Hey, if you’re checking out my channel I want to say thank you. My name is Mike, and I produce music from a variety of genres under the alias Capitol P.

My older brother Scott got me in to jungle and hardcore around 1994, and I was hooked instantly. They’d all hit Diehard in Leicester, and United Dance, Dreamscape & HelterSkelter Etc. they brought back flyers for a rave called Evolution, for over 14 years olds, so around 96/97 I was taken to my first dance at the Sanctuary, Milton Keynes. It was life changing.

I built up a love for all genres of dance music over the years, so 4 years ago I got Ableton Live, and since then I’ve been making any type of music I’m feeling at the time, from melodic house, through deep house, to drum and bass.

I’ve been lucky enough to have some of my music played in BBC:Introducing, as well as being interviewed on there, which was a huge confidence booster.

I hope you enjoy my music, and questions - hit me up 🤙🏻☮️✌🏻
