Welcome to Midwest Center for Joint Replacement (MCJR), the office of Michael Berend MD, Wesley Lackey MD, Joshua Carter MD, Colin Penrose MD, Daniel Gerow DO, and Rick Weidenbener MD. We have clinics in Indianapolis, Bloomington, Terre Haute, and Zionsville, Indiana.

MCJR specializes in hip, knee, and shoulder replacement. We also provide care for general orthopedics and sports medicine. Our surgeons are national leaders in outpatient joint replacement. The majority of patients will go home the same day to recover in the comfort of their own homes. We are dedicated to providing access to care and to treating every patient with reverence and compassion.
