MidlifeRegeneration

Welcome to Midlife Regeneration — a Substack publication for founders, entrepreneurs and professionals between 45+ who are exhausted, quietly off-track.
Wondering about their new role, the changing body and purpose in life.
Clarity about the next decade hides behind the constant thought of:

“I’m not okay, and I don’t fully understand why.”

Is there's still time to change course? To leave something behind? Even a legacy?

There is. I know because I've been there.
Swiss-born, trained as a gardener and permaculture designer, living on a homestead in Romania for 20+ years. Heart attack at 51. 30 kilos gone. Better shape now than at 35. What changed wasn't willpower.
I just stopped the fight against my own biology.

No wild animal is overweight. They don't hustle. They don't follow societal scripts. They live inside their DNA.
That's the whole idea here.

Let's regenerate the world — starting with yours.
