Amanda - Host of “The Middle of It”

Welcome — I’m Amanda, and this is The Middle of It.

This channel is a mix of real life and real conversation. You’ll find podcast episodes, short-form reflections, and personal videos about growth, sobriety, mindset, motherhood, relationships, and navigating the messy middle seasons of life.

The Middle of It is a podcast about what happens after the before-and-after stories fade — when you’re building something new, unlearning old patterns, and figuring things out in real time. It’s about intention over perfection, small steps over big promises, and learning how to keep going even when things feel uncertain.

Whether you’re sober, starting over, expanding a life you’ve already built, or just trying to live with more honesty and purpose — you’re welcome here.

New podcast episodes, clips, and reflections are shared regularly.
Thanks for being here. 🤍
