Welcome to Michael's Tool Bench!
I’m Michael—a professional mechanic based in South Africa with a mission to keep your outdoor power equipment running at its peak. If it has a pull-start, a carburetor, or a chain, we’re fixing it right here on the bench.
Since starting in January 2025, this channel has become a go-to resource for DIYers and pros alike who need reliable, step-by-step repair guides.
What you’ll find here every week:
Deep-Dive Repairs: Specialized maintenance for Stihl (MS170, MS250, FS45, BG56) and Husqvarna equipment.
Mechanical ASMR: High-fidelity audio of engine idles, tool clicks, and satisfying workshop sounds.
Pro Shop Tips: Troubleshooting common issues like cold starts, carb tuning, and fuel system fixes.
