Professor Stephen Rollnick is a clinical psychologist and co-founder of Motivational Interviewing. He is an Honorary Distinguished Professor in the School of Medicine in Cardiff University, UK.

Dr Joel Porter is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Christchurch, New Zealand. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor position with the Centre for Applied Psychology, University of Canberra, Australia and ​a Senior Clinical Lecturer, National Addiction Centre, University of Otago

Kendelle Bond is a behavioural psychologist and the founder of the National Centre for Behaviour in Brighton, England.

Kendelle, Steve and Joel are active MI trainers and long time members of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers.
