Strong Women / Strong Bodies / Strong Minds
We believe in building strong bodies, strong minds and strong women.

We love to lift weights. Our women train Monday to Sunday in our South Yarra studio in a combination of Personal Training and group classes. HIIT/ Upper body / Lower body / Booty building / XTrain / Boxing. We have it all.
