Metta State of Mind - Dr. Willow

Welcome to Metta State of Mind
Thank you so much for watching and listening.
This channel offers meditative videos, sound therapy (frequency healing), alternative healing, mindfulness, meditation, & connecting to higher vibrations. I incorporate the following: Solfeggio Frequencies, Chakra Info - how to identify imbalances, and exercises or meditations to bring alignment. Yoga - Breathwork - Sound Therapy - Inspirational Videos - Manifestation - Healing Music - Progressive Mental Health - Mindfulness. We encorporate gratitute, spiritual growth, mantras, mudras, and pranyamas.
Meditations are soothing music for relaxation, sleep, focus, and chakra healing to aid in the reduction of health issues such as high blood pressure or stress. My goal is to promote mindfulness, gratitude, self-awareness and peace.
