Errington "Mercy" Neysmith retired as a Command Sergeant Major (CSM) and, in 2007, embarked on a successful career as a realtor with ERA Chappell & Associates Realty. He has culminated the prestigious 2016 Realtor of the Year award from the esteemed Clarksville Association of Realtors. Notably, he dedicates his time to the Professional Development, RPAC, Affordable Housing Task Force, and Governmental Affairs committees, playing an instrumental role in advancing the industry. In 2020, he assumed the presidency of the Clarksville Association of Realtors, steering the organization through a challenging year and setting a stellar example for his peers. He currently serves on two state committees: the Professional Standards Committee and the Forms Committee.
