I've lived with anxiety and health anxiety for over 10 years. I know what it's like to feel completely taken over by it, and I know what it's like to come out the other side.  

On this channel, I share what's actually helped me: the mindset shifts and coping strategies, the stuff no one really talks about.   I won't hit you by any clinical jargon or textbook answers, just real and honest conversations from someone who gets it.
