Melissa in Menopause

62. On Zepbound. In menopause. 47 pounds down and in maintenance since August 2025.

I lost 100 pounds in my forties. Kept it off for years. Then menopause hit, and I gained every pound back. I started Zepbound on January 15, 2025, at 165 pounds. I am 118 now.

I make these videos because every GLP-1 video I watched was made by someone who had never been through menopause. So I made my own.

This channel covers what actually happens on GLP-1 in menopause. The dosing cycle. Muscle loss. Protein when nothing sounds good. Maintenance and the fear that comes with it. The things your doctor does not have time to explain.

Not a doctor. Not a nutritionist. Just a 62-year-old woman. Figured some of this out the hard way. Still figuring out the rest.
