Port St Lucie Communities | Modern Midlife Melissa

Relocating in midlife is a bigger decision than most people admit going in. New city, new state, new neighborhood, new friends, new everything. My husband and I did it. 21 years in Fort Lauderdale, and then we packed it all up and moved to Port St. Lucie.

Before you get here, we work through the real questions: the money nobody explains honestly, how far from family is too far, how you actually build a social life from zero, whether renting first makes more sense than buying blind. And once you know where you're looking, we go deep on the communities themselves, golf, 55+, marina, new construction, all over Port St. Lucie and Martin County. The good and the bad, before you ever fly down to see them in person.

I'm a Florida REALTOR® and licensed mortgage broker, so I can walk you through the real estate side of it too. But mostly I'm someone who already made this decision and is still living it. Midlife isn't a decline. It's a decision. This chapter is all about you.
