RESILIENCE-Medveten Fysioterapi

Hey! My name is Nora and I work as a licensed physiotherapist, mindfulness- and wellness instructor.
Former socialworker and dipl. psychotherapist.
My previous and new skills make my work very unique. A holistic, functional and psychosomatic approach that targets the whole individual, physiologically, mentally and spiritually.
My intention with this channel is to create a space where I can share my accumulated integrated knowledge with everyone who needs it. Spread the joy of movement, help find inner balance and harmony and contribute to increased body awareness and self-awareness!
