بعد سنوات من العمل بعالم الشركات والبنوك، اخترت طريق اليوغا والتأمل، اللي غيّر حياتي بالكامل. ومن أكتر من عشر سنين، بعلّم هالممارسات وبرشد الناس نحو راحة أعمق وسلام داخلي حقيقي.

✨ Welcome, my name is Maysoon ✨

‏‏I share free guided Arabic meditations to support anyone seeking calm and clarity - recorded in a blend of Lebanese and formal Arabic,  to feel more personal. After years in the corporate world, yoga and meditation transformed my life. For over 10 years, I’ve been teaching these practices, guiding others toward inner peace. My hope is that these free recordings bring comfort and   a reminder that peace is always within reach
