Medicine and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

A channel where we discuss training, recovery, nutrition, injuries, and everything in between.

We all lead busy lives, and mat time is limited and priceless.

It behooves all of us to employ basic principles of sports science/sports nutrition/sports medicine to optimize our Jiu Jitsu performance on the mat.

This channel is dedicated to the Jiu Jitsu community worldwide, the Jiu Jitsu community in the great State of Illinois, and Living Art Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in beautiful Willowbrook, Illinois.
