Katie McLaughlin founded McLaughlin Method to build happier, healthier workplaces by stopping workplace hurt. The traditional ways of training leaders, building teams, and creating company culture weren’t cutting it, and Katie had the solution.  She uses breakthrough theatre exercises fused with her 15 years experience in organizational change, transformative learning programs, and adult behavior & performance. These theatre techniques provide a fresh look at our relationships at work, the things that trigger us at work, and our default reactions so we can make intentional choices to preserve our relationships. Katie's clients improve skills vastly lacking in the workplace today: empathy and emotional intelligence. She knows we only build a better world one interaction at a time.
