McGill University’s internationally-renowned Schulich School of Music is home to a vibrant array of choral ensembles that prepare singers and conductors for careers in the 21st century. From the 100-voice University Chorus to the nationally-touring Schulich Singers, from the McGill Jazz Choir to the 12-voice Cappella Antica, McGill offers vocal music opportunities in every conceivable genre at the highest level. Schulich’s choirs are helmed by Dr. Jean-Sebastién Vallée, the award-winning conductor described by the CBC as “a juggernaut in Canada’s choral music community.” 2018-2019 visiting lecturers and clinicians include Suzie LeBlanc, Simon Carrington, Andrew Megill, Edward Higginbottom and Ēriks Ešenvalds.
