Hello! We are an investment real estate team that focuses on wholesaling, flipping and buying real estate assets. Zach and Taylor met working in the insurance business and bonded over wanting more freedom, money and the ability to utilize their creative minds to grow a business. Investment real estate was our ticket out and we soon found out about wholesaling. After joining Astro Flipping late in 2022, we realized that we could grow our business quickly through collaboration over competition. Our main markets are Detroit, MI and most major TX markets. Our first year wholesaling we put under contract and closed on 37 deals and we realized that our continued success is dependent on who we know/surround ourselves with more than what we do.
