MBT® – For The Human Movement™
MBT, the original physiological footwear brand. Pioneer of Rocher Shoe Technology since 1996.

A healthy step is the result of a combination of comfort and our body’s efficiency for the ground on which we walk. If we walk on a soft, uneven surface, our muscles move to keep our balance. MBT® shoes were born with this purpose: simulating walking barefoot on a natural, non-flat surface.

When you put on a pair of our shoes, you instantly realize that you're on the move. We could get extremely scientific about how, but you might be more interested to know why. Our shoes have a unique and patented curved sole with SensorTechnology™ which promotes a soft heel landing and absorbs harmful shock. The pivot point creates a natural forward rolling movement.
