Welcome! My channel promotes health and healing through the lens of fascia. The fascia system in your body is extremely important and influences the function of all your body systems. I also look through the lens of an occupational therapist and help people understand how their daily choices influence the experience of tension and pain. Our lives are continually putting tension in our bodies. My goal is to help anyone minimize pain and tension by adjusting how we live and move and teaching you how to get tension out of your body to live your best life.
