As a Strength and Conditioning coach, I have found myself shifting my focus to flexibility and recovering the human body. These are two of the most important components that benefit the human body when it comes to maintaining longevity and rocking it in your 90's! I have noticed that  flexibility and recovery are a huge part of training that often go neglected.
