Matt Ritter - The Friendship Guy

I'm not one of those guys who lost all his friends after college. I've had the same tight crew since childhood. But then I moved to LA-and had to build a new circle from scratch. Eventually, everyone started moving away. And in LA, moving 30 minutes is like moving to a different state. Then I had a kid.

Started working from home. And suddenly I was going days without seeing another adult. No work friends. No coffee catch-ups. Even my best friends were just names in a group chat. Sound familiar?

So I made friendship a habit. I studied how to do it better. And with one of my closest friends, I launched the #1 friendship podcast. We've been on the Today Show, NPR... even my hometown paper (shoutout Penn Gazette). And yeah-because I can't help myself, I also started a dad crew in my neighborhood called the DILFs of Larchmont. (Conan O'Brien is an honorary member.) Now I'm here every day sharing what I've learned-because connection doesn't just happen.
