Matt Brindley | Sinclair Method Coach

I'm Matt Brindley, Sinclair Method coach and founder of Rethink Drink.

I spent years struggling with alcohol before changing my relationship with it through The Sinclair Method. I now coach others through that process and advocate for people to know about it.

On this channel, I'm open about my own experience: the promises I couldn't keep, the amount of time drinking took up in my head, and what changed for me.

You'll also find explanations of The Sinclair Method, coaching perspectives and videos about the habits and behaviour involved in changing your drinking.

Older videos document earlier parts of my journey. They remain here alongside my current work.
