"Absolutely gorgeous… a joyful, transporting read."

A decade after their grown-up gap year, Peg and husband Jim packed the rucksacks again. A true story of travel, adventure, reinvention, mental health, marriage and hard-won healing — unflinching, funny, and full of the places that shaped the story.

Because sometimes you have to go half way around the world to find what’s right in front of you.

“A landmark of a book”
