Mary Struzinsky, LCSW

Empowering high-achieving women to uncover the blocks that deplete your energy and reinforce a cycle of overthinking, overwhelm, and overworking. I coach professional women 1:1 and in groups to eliminate the burnout and imposter syndrome that often results from high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, procrastination, and people pleasing.

As the creator of the program “Exhausted to Energized and Empowered,” my approach is both compassionate and results-oriented, focusing on equipping you with the energy, confidence, and TIME to lead lives that resonate deeply with you without the guilt!

I'm an award-winning, licensed therapist and somatic empowerment coach with 30+ years of experience. Founder and CEO of STAR City Life Coaching, LLC. I'm also a writer, author, and speaker, often sharing my personal story of burnout so I've been where you are.
