MaryLouise King Lovely Light Living.

My channel is about how lovely light living guides my life, how I am maintaining it as I grow older, and how I want to encourage your JOY by building connection and trust with each other.

I find inspiration from common occurrences, and I want to share these moments with you as a gift of my time. My playfulness will brighten your day.

I am a ballroom and Latin dance instructor. I’ve included teaching videos for you to watch to see if you’d like to try that kind of movement.

I also teach Pilates & yoga. These fitness classes build muscle strength and flexibility. My classes are both: mat-based and/or classes that use a chair for support. Check out these videos that show how fun a class can be.

Laughing is a good way to strengthen the core of our being. As that deep down JOY springs forth and shines out, I hope you find my videos a pleasant experience and receive benefit from my outlook on life.
