Mary Jane Gepford, Higgins Lake, Michigan, Realtor

I help buyers and sellers understand not just what a property is worth, but how it actually works. My connection to Higgins Lake and Roscommon real estate spans more than five decades, beginning in a local real estate office at age 17. Since then, I’ve worked in the Roscommon County Treasurer’s office, for a real estate attorney, a local title company, and served as Lyon Township Treasurer. That background gave me firsthand knowledge of property taxes, title, deeds, easements, access rights, legal descriptions, probate property, and land records. Today, I use that experience to help clients make informed, confident real estate decisions.
