Welcome to our little piece of rural Alaska, where life happens one day at a time.

We live off the road system in Alaska, and this channel is about the real life that happens here — the changing seasons, creek breakup, weather, getting supplies, working around the homestead, trips down the trail, fixing things, animals, family, and whatever the day brings.

You'll also come along into our shop where we make handmade rustic and Alaska-inspired creations, from wood crafts and home decor to tumblers, wind spinners, sewing projects, and other things we're working on.

Some days are easy, some are hard, and some don't go anything like planned. That's life here, and we're sharing it as it happens.
