Mark Farrell O'Brien, LCPC, CADC

If you've ever asked yourself, "Why do I feel so stuck?" "Why can't I turn my brain off?" "Why don't I care about anything anymore?" or "Do I have a problem with drinking or drugs?" you're in the right place.

This channel offers mental health and substance use education for young men to help you get back on track. A lot of guys carry this stuff quietly, thinking they should handle it alone. You don't have to. No judgment here.

I'm Mark Farrell O'Brien, LCPC, CADC, a Chicago-based therapist with 20+ years of experience working with young men who feel stuck, lost, or behind. I'm licensed in mental health, drug and alcohol counseling, so I work with the whole picture.

Here I cover anxiety, depression, stress, alcohol and drug use, relationships, motivation, and finding direction in school and your early career.

I offer online therapy to young men throughout Illinois.
