Markaz al-Sunnah

Markaz al-Sunnah is a distinguished educational institution dedicated to the dissemination of ʿilm (knowledge of Islām) and the propagation of the daʿwah of Ahl al-Ḥadīth.

The institute was established under the guidance and mentorship of our esteemed Shaykh, Wasiullāh ʿAbbās حَفِظَهُ اللَّهُ وَرَعَاهُ. Its foundations were laid in Leicester, the hometown of Shaykh Zulfiker Ibraheem Memon حَفِظَهُ اللَّهُ وَرَعَاهُ.

We aspire for Markaz al-Sunnah to emerge as a leading centre for Islamic learning, dedicated to teaching, nurturing, and propagating the daʿwah of Ahl al-Ḥadīth. Our methodology is rooted upon al-Wasaṭiyyah (the balanced path), the way of Ahl al-Sunnah, adhering to the Qurʾān and Sunnah according to the understanding of al-Salaf al-Ṣāliḥ.
