Hi, I'm Maria, and I love nature!

With a master's degree in psychology, specializing in environmental psychology, I've developed a particular interest in the relationship between humans and nature. Research suggests that both direct experiences with nature and indirect exposure to natural environments can support psychological restoration and well-being.

Through my videos, I hope to share my fascination with the natural world, offer moments of relaxation, and inspire you to explore and appreciate the nature around you.

As a passionate birder, birds are a central part of my work, alongside the incredible diversity of wildlife and natural environments.
