MARATHON AT 56

I am 56 years old and training for a marathon in May 2026.
This channel documents my real journey — the discipline, the setbacks, the long runs, and the mindset of chasing big goals later in life.

Marathon at 56 is about proving that age is not the limit — consistency is.

If you are running after 40, 50, or starting again after years away, this channel is for you. Follow the journey to race day and beyond.
