Mappy

Mappy (https://mappy.tech/) is a platform to enable massive parallel programming in a distributed and decentralized way. We want to offer the entire hardware stack to the best of its ability i.e. CPU, GPU, Storage, Bandwidth in a massive, distributed and decentralized way. This new kind of cloud computing (or fog computing as we like to call it) can be used for running several high-performance computation needs including weather prediction using numerical models, physics problems, financial simulations, CGI rendering, machine learning and many others. 

Mappy envisions to offer enterprise standard, efficient and truly elastic cloud computing at a very affordable cost (estimate 1/10th of the current cost easily), using redundant or under-utilized already existing hardware at the hands of the existing consumers to help them earn (not only money per se).
