Manna From Nowhere

Manna From Nowhere was an alternative rock band from Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was formed by Chuck Hawley and Debo in 1996, playing its first gig at The Strawberry Festival in June of 1996 under the name Lucky Tortoise with Alyson Steinman on bass and Kevin Kinane on drums.

By that fall, Alyson and Kevin were replaced with D.D. Wigley on bass and Zoom on drums and the band changed its name to Manna From Nowhere. They recorded one album, Opposite You, released in 1998, then disbanded in 1999 as the members pursued other projects.
