Mandie Fenrich - Healthy Living with Arthritis

I want to inspire other women over the age of 40 who may be going through health challenges, body image issues, or other stressors to become the best version of themselves and to live healthy for the rest of our lives.

I take a realistic approach to health and wellness, having been diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases, injuries, weight gain, divorce, owning a business, and going back to school as an adult. I understand that it is hard, but it is not impossible.

I currently work in beauty and I am going back to school for my MBA. Fitness, healthy living, and helping others is my main driver for this channel, which is why I named it Healing Beauty. Whether you have a lot of weight to lose, or you just want someone to follow along with who has been in your shoes before, you have found the right channel.
