MCR Manchester Cycle Rider

To pass on my local cycling knowledge in the hope others follow these rides on their own bikes or at home online. Discover new routes out of Manchester along new trails for off road cyclists of all abilities in Manchester and the surrounding area. Where possible the full ride guide GPX Files will be available on Garmin Connect search Courses look for MCR rides at the start area of each ride. Not all videos are available for GPX support & some GPX Files don't have video support.
