Mamafit

Mom of 4 beautiful children, I like physical activity in all its forms. Younger, the athletics field and dance were both very important in my daily life. Today, I do not limit myself to a time, a period or a special season to be active and play sports. Here you will find training routines as well as movement demonstrations accompanied by technical points, all created by a certified kinesiologist of more than 15 years of experience.
My approach in life is to be F.I.T. : Faith, Intelligence and Tenacity, all with love and humor. Join me to make our community grow!
