Malyvahn | Marjin Space

I don’t teach you to meditate and go back to your life. I teach you to become the meditation so that peace lives in you wherever you go.
Hi, I'm Malyvahn. This is a space for learning how to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and build a life and business that doesn't require you to live in survival mode. Through somatic wellness, slow living, and conscious entrepreneurship, I share the practices that move you from overwhelm → clarity → aligned success.
The goal isn't 10 minutes of peace in the morning. It's mastering The Art of Having More Room—embodying that peace on your walk, at the farmers market, in your work, and in your joy.
This channel follows The Marjin Method:
REGULATE → RETURN → BUILD → SCALE
