1- 1953-1962: Torture and Depopulation/GDh.Thinadhoo 
ތިނަދޫ އިން މީ ހުން ބޭލުމާއި   ދައުލަތުން  ކުރި ލާއިންސާނީ އަނިޔާ ތަހައްމަލު ކުރި  މީ ހުންގެ ހެކި ބަސް 
2- 1978 -2003: Systemic Torture during President Maumoon A Gayoom's 30 year regime
ރައިސް މަައުމޫނ އަބްދުލްގަޤޔޫމް ގެ ދިގު 30 އަހުރުގެ ވެރިކަމުގާ ފުލުހުންނާ ސިފައިން,  ކުރިލާއިންސާނީ އަނިޔާ ތަހައްމަލު ކުރި  މީ ހުންގެ  ހެކި ބަސް 

These cases have not been legally examined in a court of law, and no trials have been conducted.
