Mako Core

Mako Core turns a small business’s website into a connected workspace for running the business. Today, owners juggle disconnected tools for customer communication, sales, scheduling, and operations, manually moving information between them. We start by migrating their existing website, then add capabilities as the business grows. The public website and private workspace share business context, allowing customer interactions to flow into internal workflows. AI agents help employees answer questions and complete tasks, with permissions controlling what each agent can access. Businesses can connect existing services and gradually consolidate tools within the platform. Our initial focus is making website migration and onboarding repeatable for service businesses. Our long-term vision is to make the website the central operating system for a business, connecting its customers, people, knowledge, and workflows.
