Over the last 30 years, Maja has worked as a business consultant, coach and mentor, helping companies connect the unconnected to better meet customers' needs, improve team effectiveness and grow their business. 
She is a co-founder of Spago, a certified Systemic Team Coach, a Jungian coach, and a member of ICF and EMCC. Her book ‘Stop Chasing Weekends’ has become a national bestseller and a handbook for thousands of women in business, searching for a healthy work-life balance. 
She's been preaching her 'Stop Chasing Weekends' mantra for 10 years now at companies and events, through keynotes, webinars, workshops and coaching. Since then, her 5-step work-life balance framework has helped to improve the lives of thousands. 
It‘s become her personal mission to support leaders, especially women in business, and their teams, not simply to stop chasing weekends, but to make work-life balance a key component of their organisation‘s culture.
